Though likely erroneously attributed to the famous monk, this quote elegantly expresses the ethereal joy of tasting a great sparkling wine. Our line-up is special indeed. While no Prosecco will grace our shelves, we do not spurn worthy Charmat Method wines. Our Bianchello Brut is like spring in a glass, with a floral freshness that Prosecco will never attain. We have an incredible German Sekt, a buttery and complex Durello raised on volcanic soils, Champagne, of course, and more!

If we need to cancel this event, we will notify you in advance and issue a full refund. If you can no longer make a tasting, and email us at wine@amphoracambridge.com over 48 hours before the tasting, we will issue you a full refund, or you may transfer your booking to a future event or store credit. Within 48h of an event, we cannot provide a refund, but you are welcome to send a friend in your place.
