Join us for an aperitivo inspired by the Italian Riviera with freshly baked focaccia and small plates, showcasing the best of Liguria flavours, matched with Amphora’s wines.
For this one-off evening of delicious food and drink, Alessandra at Levante has created a unique tasting board featuring some of her favourites, such as gattafin from Levanto (fried ravioli filled with wild greens and cheese), Cappon Magro (seafood and sailor’s biscuits salad from Genoa), confit aubergines and more.
In addition to tasting boards, there will be a small selection of small plates available to nibble at your leisure while enjoying a glass, flights, or indeed bottles of wines.
The tasting board is £30pp is available for pre-order only. It includes:
1. Steamed mussel, tomatoes, samphire
2. Courgettes and potato pie
4. Fried ravioli (filled with chards, spinach, rocket and curd cheese)
6. Roasted plums panna cotta
