8pm in Cambridge. Venue TBC
In 2009, Stephen and Fiona Duckett set out to find the perfect chalk valley in England to produce sparkling wines that rival the top Champagnes. Hundred Hills was conceived in Oxfordshire in the ancient Pyrton Hundred, in a sunny amphitheatre, sheltered from wind and frost. The resulting wines are exquisite, elegant with clear identity, intense and unapologetic. Indeed the Preamble No.2 rosé was the favourite by a large margin in our recent World Sparkling Wines tasting.
Come and taste all the wines, with Stephen Duckett himself.
All our tastings feature a minimum of 6 wines, which are accompanied by appropriately matched cheeses by Culinaris. Please note that the food is designed as an accompaniment to the wine, which is the main focus of the event!
