5 course tasting menu, with flight of 10 wines included in ticket price. £55 deposit and £65 to be to the Chef directly on/before the dinner, totalling £120. Please note that this is a collaboration of food and wine professionals, and there is no non-wine option, since this defeats the purpose of the collaboration. Therefore this event is unsuitable for non-wine-drinkers and children.

The Foraging Chef, Steve, sums up his philosophy as “getting big bold flavours out of plants we’ve forgotten to eat”. Be prepared to be delighted, challenged, surprised, and enchanted by a menu bursting with aromas and textures. Special dietary requirements are not a problem at all. Chef is used to catering for vegans, vegetarians, and pescatarians without comprising flavour. Please indicate your needs in the order notes.

By booking, you accept that there is no non-wine option for this dinner, and the cancellation terms as follows: if we need to cancel this event, we will notify you in advance and issue a full refund. If you can no longer make this dinner, and email us at wine@amphoracambridge over 48 hours before, we will issue you a full refund, or you may transfer your booking to a future event or store credit.

Within 48h of this dinner, we cannot provide a refund or transfer, but you are welcome to send a friend in your place. Please note that we may be unable to accommodate special dietary requirements at the last minute.
