Inmacùla in Latin means without blemish and this is a lovely clean, bright wine with perfumed aromas of jasmine and apricot with an elegant mineral touch. It is expressive, long and has a creamy, mineral finish. Made with minimal intervention, following organic principles, 100% of the Viognier was fermented in 300 litre French oak barrels while the Viura was fermented in stainless steel. Daily bâtonnage lasted for four months adding texture and complexity.
