Have you noticed how different wines taste when they are made with the same grape variety? While Rieslings from Clare Valley, Australia, are phenolic and bone dry, those from Mosel are floral and often sweet. Who can mistake the aggressively green character of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, but still enjoy the flinty minerality of good Sancerre?
This tasting will feature a minimum of 6 wines, which will be available for purchase at a 10% discount at the end of the event. We recommend you have a light supper or hearty lunch prior to the event in order to best appreciate the wines.
Cancellation Policy:
If we need to cancel this event, we will notify you in advance and issue a full refund. If you can no longer make a tasting, and email us at wine@amphoracambridge.com over 48 hours before the tasting, we will issue you a full refund, or you may transfer your booking to a future event or store credit. Within 48h of an event, we cannot provide a refund or booking transfer, but you are welcome to send a friend in your place.
