Aromas of strawberry and cherry, and some hints of liquorice. From organically farmed vineyards, on a terroir recognised by Louis XIV as an exceptional place for rosés. This rosé is made by bleeding: The bunches of grapes are left whole to macerate in a vat and the juice is extracted after a short maceration. Part of this wine is barrel-fermented. This bottle has a glass stopper.
