The Foraging Chef, Steve, sums up his philosophy as “getting big bold flavours out of plants we’ve forgotten to eat”. Be prepared to be delighted, challenged, surprised, and enchanted by a menu bursting with aromas and textures. Here is the menu:

Scallop, beech leaf noyau, marmite, green figs

Tomatoes from my garden, green walnuts many ways, pickled brown crab

Smoky pink fir potatoes, caramelised cream, fermented spring herbs, magnolia hot sauce

Venison, hedgerow curry, hogweed seed crackers, unripe wild plum pickle

St Georges mushroom miso cheesecake, blackberry cheong, koji ice cream

If we need to cancel this event, we will notify you in advance and issue a full refund. If you can no longer make this dinner, and email us at wine@amphoracambridge over 72 hours before, we will issue you a full refund, or you may transfer your booking to a future event or store credit.

Within 72h of this dinner, we cannot provide a refund, but you are welcome to send a friend in your place.
