Repeated due to popular demand. The first in a series of cheese and wine evenings in the air-conditioned comfort of after-hours Culinaris – we will explore 6 different soft and gooey cheeses. Think cloud-like Brillat Savarin, oozey St Nectaire, and other tiny batch artisanal cheeses lovingly matured in the old Lloyds bank vault that is the affinage room at Culinaris.

Learn how to pair wines with these cheeses and the principles behind why these pairings work. Please note that the wines for this event will be sparkling, white and rosé, so if you are someone who exclusively drinks red wines, you may wish to come to the second or third tasting in the series rather than this one.

Cancellation Policy:

If we need to cancel this event, we will notify you in advance and issue a full refund. If you can no longer make a tasting, and email us at wine@amphoracambridge.com over 48 hours before the tasting, we will issue you a full refund, or you may transfer your booking to a future event or store credit. Within 48h of an event, we cannot provide a refund or booking transfer, but you are welcome to send a friend in your place.
