A rich and savoury ‘orange’ (skin contact) wine with delicate citrus aromas underpinned by subtle notes of Mediterranean herbs. Intense and elegant, with marked minerality and a long, fresh finish. The vineyard is situated on volcanic hillsides where the soil is rich in clay and basalt. The vines are under organic conversion and are cultivated without the use of synthetic treatments. Fermentation on skins in stainless steel, and maturation for 8 months in 400l ceramic tanks.
