A full, creamy and textured wine with a bouquet of white floral notes, ripe golden apple and of oak derived complexity offering subtle hints of vanilla and hazelnut. The fruit is harmoniously balanced by a rich mineral freshness. Grown in ungrafted vineyards 700 to 1,900 metres above sea-level, with 300 days of sunshine, the grapes ripened slowly. The fruit was barrel fermented with selected yeasts in the finest Artsakh and French oak with lees contact to add complexity and texture. Following fermentation, the wine was aged for 10 months in oak, six months in new French and four months in the finest, new Artsakh oak barrels, which impart subtle vanilla, cinnamon, clove and caramel characters.
